Based on the submitted origin, destination and intermediate points, the system calculates applicable transition points between the cycling route planning systems concerned and request various routing alternatives from these systems. An optimal route (based on signposted thematic routes) is calculated on basis of those responses and displayed on a map. The calculation can be lengthy due to the large number of possible alternatives – please be patient.
The route sections computed by the different bicycle route planning systems are displayed in adjacent to each other. By clicking on the specific logo, a new window will open presenting the route section in the originating bicycle route planning system. All features provided by this bicycle route planner will be at your disposal to be applied to the route.
